Origin:
Found in the Western Pacific, particularly around Japan, Taiwan, and the Philippines, inhabiting steep reef slopes and rocky overhangs.
Feeding:
Omnivorous – feeds on algae, spirulina, mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and high-quality marine angelfish preparations. Offering a varied diet ensures vibrant coloration and health.
Tank Mates:
Best kept with peaceful to semi-aggressive fish. While generally reef-safe, it may occasionally nip at soft corals, clam mantles, or sponges, so caution is advised in reef aquariums.

Semi-aggressive – can be territorial, particularly towards other dwarf angelfish. Provide plenty of rockwork and caves for shelter.
