Native to the Indo-Pacific region, typically inhabiting deep coral reefs and drop-offs, including areas such as Indonesia, the Philippines, and Papua New Guinea.
Feeding:
Planktivorous – feeds on zooplankton and other small live or frozen foods. In captivity, provide frequent feedings of mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and other planktonic foods.
Tank Mates:
Best kept with peaceful community fish. Ideal companions include other anthias, reef-safe species, and schooling mid-water fish.
