Delivery Information:
Cost: £30 flat rate for standard or insured delivery, regardless of the number of fish.
Process: Next-day delivery via DX Overnight (DEFRA registered). Fish are packed securely in double-thickness bags filled with oxygen, wrapped in foil blankets with heat packs, and placed in insulated boxes. Maximum transit time is 18 hours.
Communication: Delivery dates are confirmed via email within 24 hours of purchase, with tracking information sent the evening prior. Deliveries are scheduled for Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Important Notice: After receiving the box with the fish, please record a video of the unboxing to verify the condition of the fish. This video will serve as proof in case of any dead-on-arrival (DOA) issues. Once the fish are transferred to your tank, you assume full responsibility for their care and well-being. I cannot be held accountable for any issues that arise after the fish are in your care.
