It retains the same peaceful nature and schooling behavior that makes cardinal tetras so popular, but offers a more delicate, ethereal appearance that stands out beautifully in planted or blackwater tanks.

Origin:
Native to the Rio Negro and Orinoco River basins in Brazil, Colombia, and Venezuela. The albino form is a captive-bred rarity developed through selective breeding.

Feeding:
Omnivorous and easy to care for. Feed a variety of high-quality micro flakes or nano pellets, as well as frozen or live foods like baby brine shrimp, daphnia, or cyclops. Regular feeding of color-enhancing or vitamin-rich foods helps maintain health and vitality.

Tank Mates:
Exceptionally peaceful and community-safe. Best kept in groups of 6 or more to encourage schooling and reduce stress. Ideal tank mates include other small tetras, rasboras, Corydoras catfish, dwarf gouramis, and peaceful shrimp species.
