Planktivorous – feeds on zooplankton and small live or frozen foods. In captivity, provide frequent feedings of mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and other planktonic foods.

Best kept with peaceful community fish. Suitable companions include other anthias, reef-safe species, and schooling mid-water fish.
