A filter feeder that thrives on phytoplankton, marine snow, and finely powdered coral foods. Requires regular feeding and moderate water flow to remain healthy and display its characteristic flashing behavior.

Peaceful and reef-safe. Compatible with non-aggressive fish, corals, and invertebrates. Avoid large, predatory species like wrasses, puffers, or crabs that could harm the scallop.
